Who needs a high chair??

Zoey finished a peanut butter & jelly sandwich on whole wheat, a clementine, a cheese stick and a jello cup with mandarin oranges in it. All stayed on the plate until into the mouth... She was very concerned that Nanna wouldn't get any food on the little plate to the left of the picture. She'd put her cheese piece on Nanna's plate and then eat it herself. Very helpful. Unless it's spaghetti or lasagna Zoey gets to eat in a grown up chair now. Posted by Picasa

Well, I am 12 weeks pregnant today. The due date has been set for July 29th. Zoey has figured out where the baby is and likes to give it kisses. I have been having a tough time with the pregnancy--lots of morning sickness and fatigue--I am hoping that it will get better soon. But when I remember being pregnant with Zoey, I was sick a lot longer than the first trimester--so wish me luck.

Our family has decided to (once again) become members of the YMCA. So today when I was at Target, I saw a swimsuit that I just had to get for Zoey. Zoey was very happy to have it and immediately tried it on. . .What do you think?

Happy New Year! 2007 will bring many changes to our family--so I thought I would let the blog reflect that. The most exciting change is that Tyler and I are expecting a baby in August! Zoey will be a big sister and she is very excited about that.

Our family went to the mall yesterday to scope out a book store and while we were there, Zoey made a wish in the wishing well. I think one of her wishes was for snow--and boy did that one come true! Today was a beautiful day and Zoey had a blast playing outside in the snow--for what I can only imagine is her first time really being able to explore the cold white stuff. She went sledding and only wiped out once--Daddy is such a dare devil! I hope that everyone had a safe New Year's Eve and that 2007 brings everyone health and happiness!

Tyler and I showed Zoey how to make snow angels.

Two snow angels--perfect!
