Little Man!

Zander, you are in preschool and making us proud every day. Your imagination is endless. I love how you are able to make anything into a costume and create exactly what you need. You are an engineer of sorts--if we don't have something, you will figure it out.

I will always smile when I think of you walking down the hallway at preschool with "hugs and bubbles." It reminds me of how you follow the rules.

To the person who is first meeting you, you come across as shy and reserved, but anyone who has spent quality time with you. . .knows differently. You are funny and smart and quite the artist, as well as an elaborate storyteller. I had tears in my eyes when you were reading words over my shoulder at the computer one night--look out world, we have another reader on our hands! You think your imagination is good now, wait until you are devouring mysteries and suspense stories. There will be no stopping you!

Oh Zoey! Where do I begin. You are currently in 2nd grade and becoming quite the character. Everyone that knows you says that you are such a "happy kid." Nothing seems to phase you. It amazes me and amuses me all at the same time. You are constantly on the move. Your brain is always thinking and making connections, thirsting for knowledge and answers. You are going to go far and all of us who love and support you will not even blink an eye when you become exactly what you want, because we always knew you could do it! Your smile is contagious and your heart is ginormous. "Don't ever let anyone dull your sparkle!" Love, Mom
